Stephanie Heaton, Director
Stephanie is a born and raised Idahoan with an inbred desire to see our communities grow and prosper by giving individuals what they need to succeed. She has held many differerent positions in her career, but has always found herself gravitating toward community services. She likes to summarize herself as a happy and fortunate person. Her objectives are to add back as much to society as she is able through her employment and charitable endeavors. She feels that certain skills can be taught and mastered; personal traits like a strong commitment to community, motivation to succeed through a positive work ethic, and leadership abilities are inborn and honed over a lifetime of experiences. She eagerly embraces change, enjoys challenges, and thrives on variety. She enjoys grant writing and finding projects which match well with philanthropic foundations, so in this way we can all work together to make our world a better place.
Stephanie is a professional and dynamic leader who is dedicated, quality-focused and highly adept at achieving missions/goals/outcomes of an organization. She enjoys challenging roles in the development, implementation, and management of an organization where the programs and goals make our world a better place. She specializes in non-profit funding with an emphasis on HRSA grants, federal and state grants, and national and state foundation funding with over $50 million in grant funds generated. Stephanie is an HRSA grant reviewer, certified CDBG grant administrator, and a PCMH content expert.
